I run the rooms where a company's most important customers decide whether to trust it. The discipline is called executive briefing, and I have led it at Cisco, Teradata, and NetApp. Nine-figure deal rooms, award-winning rebuilds, and a working agentic practice most operators haven't seen yet.
Get in touch →Three crafts, one thesis: the moment of trust between a company and its most important customers is designable, and it decides more revenue than any deck.
End-to-end briefing programs for C-suite visits: intake and research, executive prep away from the standard pitch, demo curation mapped to the customer's actual problem, and ROI tracked to the deal. Built and rebuilt at three companies.
Customer reference programs and the stories that feed them, run inside an award-winning advocacy organization, plus invite-only advisory boards built from a blank sheet with Fortune 500 technology leaders in the seats. Communities that carry a company's story into rooms it can't reach itself.
Working agentic systems for the briefing craft: executive dossiers and prep material produced in hours instead of weeks, with a human certifying every page before it reaches an executive. AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
Most briefing leaders bring experience. The practice I run adds a layer most haven't seen: agentic AI doing the preparation at production speed, with human judgment as the last step, always.
The agent is never the last step before the executive.
Advisory practice building executive engagement programs and the agentic systems that run them, for technology companies bringing AI to their most important customers.
Nine Customer Experience Centers across the Americas, Europe, and APJC, an 18-person team, and an 8-figure flagship rebuild. Kicked off the AI pilot work that became the spine of the practice I run now.
Led executive briefings, customer advocacy, and the customer reference program behind them. World-Class NPS of 97, the company's number one source of marketing-sourced pipeline, and the briefing our CEO personally asked me to run when a nine-figure deal came down to a single visit.
Led the Americas engagement function through the company's pivot to cloud, and built an invite-only Cloud Technology Board from a blank sheet with Fortune 500 technology leaders in the seats.
Two awards from the industry body that sets the standard for this craft, in consecutive years, for the same rebuild: a customer advocacy program spanning executive briefings, customer stories, and the customer reference program behind them.
The Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals, founded in 1994 and known as ABPM until its 2024 rename, is the global professional body for executive briefing and customer engagement programs. Its membership runs to nearly 600 practitioners across more than 150 Fortune 500 companies, and it defines the standards of excellence the discipline is measured against. Its awards are peer-judged by that membership, which is to say by the people who run the briefing programs at the largest companies in the world.
Executive engagement is not a technology problem, it is a trust problem, and the craft travels. This is a four-decade institution with a model most people have never looked at closely.
National Bartender Staffing places professional bartenders and event staff nationwide. Its sister company under the same ownership, National Bartending School, has trained them since 1984 and now runs more than 40 campuses coast to coast, from Los Angeles and Dallas to New Orleans and New York, with lifetime job-placement support for every graduate. The pair is unusual and hard to copy: they train the talent, then they place it, so each side makes the other stronger. Between them they have staffed more than 10,000 public and private events.
Three levels of commitment. Start with a day, a program, or a standing seat at the table.
A half day or a full day with your team. Briefing facilitation, executive prep that moves a leader off the standard pitch, designing a customer advisory board, or bringing agentic AI into customer programs. Your people leave able to run it.
An outside facilitator for the room that matters. An advisory board, a customer summit, an executive offsite. I run the conversation so your leaders can be in it instead of managing it.
Two weeks, a fixed fee, and an honest read on the program you already have. What it costs, what it returns, where it leaks, and the shortest path to it earning its budget. You get the roadmap whether or not you hire me to run it.
The meeting you cannot afford to get wrong. Your most important customer, the investor you need to convince, the account you are trying to win back. I run the research, the agenda, the narrative, the executive prep, and the follow-up that keeps it alive.
Stand up an executive briefing or customer advocacy program from zero, or turn around one that isn't earning its budget. The intake, the run of show, the measurement, and the case that keeps it funded.
Design, recruit, and run an invite-only board your customers actually want a seat on. From the member profile and the charter through the first meeting and what happens in the eleven months after it.
Standing support for the rooms that decide deals. Dossiers on who is walking in, the questions worth asking, and the coaching that gets an executive into a real conversation instead of a presentation.
Bring agentic AI into customer programs without losing the human judgment that makes them work. Briefing prep, advocacy operations, and customer signal, built as systems your team can run and audit.
